Room×Lab Review · Review updated September 27, 2026

Linea owners praise the look and storage, but drawers and surfaces divide opinion

The retailer aggregate is based on a 2026-09-01 snapshot of 522 unfiltered ratings; the product page itself displayed 525 reviews on 2026-09-26. It is a dated, mixed-feed aggregate, not a live count, a qualified-owner count, a verified-purchase count or a count of target households. Room×Lab studied 457 distinct retailer comments from that snapshot. The synthesis uses saved productMatch=true accounts about Linea nightstands, bedside tables or plausibly corresponding end tables across current, older and configuration-ambiguous records; applicability is stated claim by claim. Reviews solely about beds, dressers, chests, service or unresolved furniture were excluded from cards and claim bindings. The retailer records span 2015 to 2026 and do not show whether a reviewer bought the product or was incentivized. A separately read Reddit post concerns a large charging nightstand and is excluded from retailer-review bindings; the saved copies of its replies do not record who wrote them.

Room×Lab rating: 6.7 out of 10 (medium confidence). Linea nightstands earn their strongest marks for restrained styling and useful bedside storage, supported by a generally favorable pooled retailer rating. Mixed drawer, finish and defect reports hold the score down, and evidence spans several configurations and generations.

  • Appearance, storage and bedside fit: Linked records: 4 favorable and 1 critical mention about appearance, storage and bedside fit. — Linked exact 23-inch black owners described useful storage, sturdy construction and appealing style or size. One exact-model owner found the tables too low and narrow beside the matching oversized dresser.
  • Drawer construction and operation: Linked records: 3 favorable and 5 critical mentions; only 2 favorable records speak to drawer operation. — Some linked drawers operated smoothly or improved after replacement. Across several configurations, others were described as binding, hard to access, poorly fitted, immediately broken or off track after about eight months. One flimsy-drawer report on the shown 23-inch black model came from a shopper inspecting a store display, not an owner.
  • Surface care, staining and residue: Linked records: 4 favorable and 5 critical mentions about surface care, staining and residue. — One exact 23-inch black owner reported successful wipe cleaning after a few months. Natural or older accounts describe water marks, finish loss, color changes and residue, so their severe outcomes should not be transferred directly to the current black finish.

Before buying

Measure against your bed; check the drawer, finish and alignment on delivery. One older owner, model unstated, said their unanchored nightstand seemed to want to tip forward, so check stability and consider wall-anchoring. Test every port on charging models.
