Cambria owners praise easy cleaning, while finish and wear set expectations

All 5,481 distinct owner comments in Ruggable’s shared Cambria review pool were studied. The pool spans Ruby, Sapphire, and Abalone designs and includes both legacy flatwoven two-piece and current tufted all-in-one experiences, so construction-specific findings are attributed to the relevant system.

Room×Lab rating: 8.1 out of 10 (medium confidence). Strong owner satisfaction and unusually favorable cleaning feedback drive the score. This assessment covers Cambria colors and both constructions; long-term evidence for the newer one-piece system remains limited.

  • Cleaning is the clearest owner-reported strength: 2,288 favorable mentions; 55 lower-rating concerns — Within the 5,481 inspected comments, owners frequently described easier stain cleanup and successful washing. Large rugs could be cumbersome, while fading, fraying, curling, and prolonged drying were isolated reported problems.
  • The Cambria look wins broad approval, with some color caveats: 1,221 favorable mentions; 53 lower-rating concerns — Owners often liked the pattern and finish. Concerns included muted or mismatched online color, a printed appearance, wash fading, and different red shades between separate Ruby purchases.
  • Durability trends favorable, but edge and wash failures are documented: 327 favorable mentions; 20 lower-rating concerns — Many inspected comments described lasting appearance or repeated use. Early fraying, fading, curling, and edge wear remain owner anecdotes, and the mixed construction pool prevents attributing every issue to the current one-piece rug.

Before buying

Choose it for washable, warm-patterned practicality, but confirm your washer can handle the size and allow for uncertainty about long-term fading, edge wear, and grip in the current one-piece version.
